CENTRAL LIBRARY'S CURRENT CHARGING REGULATIONS
The Pricelist of the Central Library’s Services
In order to become a library member, the reader is obliged to bring a registration fee and an identity card, and the students are required to bring a student booklet. The following categories of users are exempt from paying the membership fee:
- families of fallen soldiers (providing an official document)
- war invalids
- unemployed persons listed in the records of the Employment Institute of the Republic of Srpska with the submission of the certificate issued by the Employment Institute
- preschool children
- school children in elementary education
- retired employees of the Central Library and retired librarians
- members of the East Sarajevo City Organization of Blind and Visually Impaired Persons
- members of the Writers’ Association of the Republic of Srpska – a branch of the Sarajevo-Romania region
- students of the Faculty of Philosophy, University of East Sarajevo - Department of World Literature and Librarianship (based on the agreement of February 28, 2008)
