The Central Library of East Sarajevo offers the following computer courses that are organized on the principle one user – one computer:

Windows – Operating System, File Management,

MS Word – Word Processing  

MS Excel – Spreadsheets

MS PowerPoint – Presentations

Corel DRAW - Graphic Design

AutoCAD – Technical Drawing

Adobe Photoshop – Image Processing

Internet and Outlook – Internet Browsers, E-mail

In view of the needs of contemporary users, the Library also organizes the business computer course that includes training in the four most popular areas (Windows, Word, Excel and Internet).

All courses are held between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., with 90 minutes classes held two to three times a week. The program covers a total of 10 to 40 lessons, depending on the course.

A multimedia center and an internet reading room were opened at the beginning of 2004, offering the following services:
